Pandora lifts its 2026 guidance: expected organic growth 0–3% (previously -1–2%) and an increased EBIT margin of 22–23% due to a one‑off partial refund of US customs duties. In Q2 Pandora grew organically by 3% with revenue of DKK 7,219m; gross margin benefited from a special effect of 230 basis points and stood at 80.5%. Without the special effect the gross margin would have been 78.2%; the EBIT margin rose to 20.3%, of which 250 basis points were attributable to the customs refund. Pandora announces that chief financial officer Anders Boyer will retire on 30 November 2026 after more than 14 years. Paulo Garcia will join on 1 October 2026 and assume the CFO role on 1 December 2026; he brings 25 years of consumer goods experience, most recently as CFO of Walmart Mexico & Central America. Boyer will remain until 31 March 2027 to support the handover.
