The Platform Group has signed a financing agreement for up to €80 million, earmarked specifically for acquisition financing. The lenders are an internationally active financial group and a company affiliated with the main shareholder. Disbursement is subject to market-standard conditions precedent and complies with the terms of the existing bond. The Platform Group has agreed to acquire AEP GmbH and will take 100% of the shares; closing is expected after antitrust clearance in the second quarter of 2026.
