Deutz intends to issue up to 15.26 million new shares, equivalent to up to ten percent of share capital. Deutz's share has gained around 30% after a successful breakout to double-digit price territory over the past twelve months. In the first half of 2026, revenue rose by about 11% to €1.1 billion, adjusted EBIT climbed roughly 43% to just under €80 million, and order intake grew about 29% to €1.3 billion.
