KRONES revised its 2026 revenue forecast to currency-adjusted plus 1–2% (previously 3–5%) and lowered its 2028 target to €6.0–6.2 billion instead of around €7 billion. The mid-term EBITDA margin target was reduced by one percentage point at the upper end to 11–12%, while the 2026 target remains at 10.7–11.1%. Management cited weak end markets, macroeconomic uncertainty and geopolitical pressure as reasons; the stock fell sharply after the announcement. Kepler Cheuvreux has raised its previously negative reduce rating for KRONES to hold and removed the stock from the "Capital Goods Least Preferred List."
