Novem: sales decline of 5.6% and adjusted EBIT down 35% for 2025/26

The Novem Group reports preliminary revenue of €510.90m for 2025/26 (-5.6%) and adjusted EBIT of €31.80m (-35%), weighed down by weak customer demand in Europe and America and adverse currency effects. Free cash flow rose by almost 70% to €48.10m, and order volume exceeded €60m, including new business in China. Novem Group extends syndicated loan until June 2028

Novem Group has completed the extension of a €210.0 million syndicated loan (€160.0m term loan, €50.0m revolving facility) at market-standard margins until 30 June 2028. The adjustment reduces non-current liabilities by €90.0 million and creates a solid financing base despite difficult market conditions.
