Terna Q1 2026: revenue up 10%, margins hit by rising costs

Terna reports Q1 2026 revenue up 10% to €989m, while EBITDA rose only 7% to €698m and net profit remained nearly unchanged at €277m. Operating costs increased 17%, the tax rate rose to 31.1%, weighing on margins; the EBITDA margin fell from 72.3% to 70.6%. Terna posts 10% revenue rise in 2025 and raises capex to €3.5bn
