Larry Ellison plans sale of Oracle shares totaling up to $7.5 billion

According to regulators, Larry Ellison intends to sell up to 50 million Oracle shares under an orderly trading plan through the end of October 2026, which based on the last closing price equates to about $7.5 billion. The plan was established at the end of June, according to the quarterly report; Ellison remains the largest individual shareholder with roughly 40 percent.
