Argan raises quarterly dividend by 40% to $0.70

Argan raised the quarterly cash dividend from $0.50 to $0.70 per common share, an increase of 40%. The payment will be made on October 30, 2026 to shareholders of record on October 22, 2026. The annual dividend therefore rises to $2.80 per share, marking the fourth consecutive annual increase.
