Blue Cap: CEO Dr. Henning von Kottwitz to step down on October 8
The supervisory board and Dr. Henning von Kottwitz have agreed that Kottwitz will leave the management board at the end of October 8, 2026. From October 9, 2026, supervisory board chairman Dr. Christian Diekmann will be seconded to the management board pursuant to §105 Abs. 2 AktG and will assume the strategy and finance portfolios. Blue Cap acquires Janoschka and raises 2026 forecast
Blue Cap has signed the purchase agreement for 100% of Janoschka shares with the founders and Süd Beteiligungen; the purchase price will be paid in three roughly equal instalments, two of which are tied to performance targets for 2026/2027. Janoschka employs around 1,500 people, operates production sites in 12 countries and reported 2025 revenue of around EUR 90m. The transaction is subject to suspensive conditions and is to be financed from existing liquidity and current credit lines; upon completion Janoschka would be fully consolidated.
