Siemens Energy to spin off profitable Transformation of Industries unit and form new Dax candidate

Supervisory board chairman Joe Kaeser welcomes the planned separation of the billion-euro Transformation of Industries (TI) division from Siemens Energy as an opportunity to create an independent, globally leading company. TI, with about 17,000 employees, generates annual sales of €5.7 billion and achieved a 11.3 percent profit margin in 2025.
