Brady posts record fiscal 2026 results and sets fiscal 2027 outlook after Honeywell PSS acquisition
Brady reported record fiscal 2026 results with fourth‑quarter sales up 10% and adjusted EPS rising 17.5% to $1.48, supported by a 25% increase in printer unit sales and margin expansion. The company closed the Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Services acquisition (now Intelligent Productivity Solutions, IPS), which it expects to contribute about $1.15 billion in revenue and roughly $0.80 of EPS accretion in fiscal 2027. Brady issued adjusted diluted EPS guidance of $6.25–$6.75 for fiscal 2027, anticipates ~5% organic growth for its legacy Identification Solutions, identified ~$25 million of three‑year synergies from IPS, and reaffirmed capital returns via dividends and share repurchases while targeting net leverage below 2x within two years. » More on finance.yahoo.com
Brady exceeds Q4 expectations, shares pressured by acquisition and outlook risks
Brady reported adjusted Q4 EPS of $1.48 and revenue of $436.9m, both slightly above consensus, closing out a sixth record year. Despite improved gross margin, strong cash flow and a net cash position, shares fell in pre-market trading as investors emphasized integration risks from the recently completed acquisition of Honeywell’s IPS business and a cautious 2027 outlook. For 2027 Brady expects adjusted EPS of $6.25–6.75, including about $0.80 contribution from IPS, but anticipates integration costs in the first half of the year; synergies of roughly $25m are expected to be realized within three years. » More on de.investing.com
