  • Donaldson reports record results, expects 7.5% revenue growth and discusses Facet acquisition

At the Jefferies conference, Donaldson reported record revenue, operating margin and EPS for fiscal 2026 and announced for 2027 a mid-point revenue growth target of 7.5%, an operating margin of 16.9% and EPS growth of 8%. The Facet acquisition completed on May 4 is intended to strengthen the aviation and defense business but will weigh on the near term due to about $0.12 per share dilution as well as acquisition costs and debt. More than two-thirds of revenue comes from the aftermarket business; Donaldson is focusing on high‑purity filtration, market‑share gains in Mobile Solutions and growth in microelectronics, data centers and bioprocesses. Electrification is viewed as a long‑term trend rather than an immediate threat; management plans to reduce debt gradually and combine organic with acquisitive growth. » More on de.investing.com

  • Donaldson posts record fiscal 2026 sales after Facet acquisition, guides higher margins for FY27

Donaldson reported record fiscal 2026 sales of $3.9 billion and a record full-year operating margin of 16%, driven by balanced growth across Mobile, Industrial and Life Sciences and the acquisition of Facet Filtration. Management expects fiscal 2027 sales above $4.1 billion and operating margins of 16.6%–17.2%, assuming a back‑half tilt to profits and full‑year contribution from Facet. The Facet deal is forecast to be $0.12 dilutive to FY27 EPS due to $22 million of incremental amortization and higher interest, while cash accretion and margin benefits are expected to materialize over time. Near‑term headwinds include power generation operational inefficiencies and facility transitions, with recovery targeted by mid‑FY27; the company resumed buybacks (~1% of shares) and maintains priority on R&D, disciplined M&A and dividend returns. » More on finance.yahoo.com

  • Donaldson reports record fiscal 2026 results and issues fiscal 2027 guidance

Donaldson delivered record fiscal 2026 results with annual sales of $3.9 billion, adjusted EPS of $3.98 and a record operating margin of 16%. Fourth-quarter sales topped $1 billion and adjusted EPS rose 12% to $1.15; the May acquisition of Facet added about three percentage points to Q4 sales but reduced EPS by $0.06 and is expected to dilute fiscal 2027 EPS by roughly $0.12. Management guided fiscal 2027 sales growth of 5.5% to 9.5%, EPS of $4.22 to $4.38 and an operating margin of 16.6% to 17.2%, while continuing to pay down Facet-related debt and resume modest share repurchases. The company expects recovery in industrial operations and mid-teens organic aerospace and defense growth as production constraints are addressed. » More on finance.yahoo.com
