Equifax highlighted increased AI productivity targets ($150m), said the cloud migration is essentially complete, and is shifting capital allocation toward dividends, buybacks and targeted acquisitions, including the $740m purchase of Círculo de Crédito. » More on de.investing.com

Gamble Jr.’s filing to sell roughly 4,500 shares; Experian and TransUnion face similar risks, weighing on the industry. » More on de.investing.com
