Ermenegildo Zegna is reshuffling its leadership: Gildo Zegna will move into the role of group executive chairman on January 1, 2026. CFO and COO Gianluca Tagliabue will initially serve as interim CEO and is expected to be formally appointed group CEO at the 2026 annual general meeting.
