Health Catalyst appoints Tami Reller to the board and as chair of the audit committee
Health Catalyst has appointed Tami Reller to the board of directors, effective October 1, 2026; she will also serve as chair of the audit committee and as a member of the compensation committee. The appointment takes effect simultaneously with Simeon Kohl assuming the role of CEO and president. Health Catalyst sells Vitalware unit to Med-Metrix and pays off credit facility
Health Catalyst completed the sale of its Vitalware business unit to Med-Metrix on July 31 and received a total of $147 million in cash (before adjustments). Using the proceeds and existing cash, the company fully repaid its credit facility, eliminating approximately $19 million in annual interest expense on a GAAP basis. Med-Metrix buys Vitalware from Health Catalyst
Med-Metrix, backed by Harvest Partners and A&M Capital Partners, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Vitalware from Health Catalyst. Vitalware provides cloud-based software for chargemaster management, revenue integrity, price transparency and coding workflows; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal remains subject to customary closing conditions, and Vitalware’s leadership team and employees are expected to join Med-Metrix.
