Mitie director Phil Bentley increases shareholding ahead of OCS takeover

Phil Bentley exercised 8,806,611 free share options and settled the due income tax by selling 3,976,895 shares, increasing his holding in Mitie from 13,605,747 to 18,435,463 shares.
