Scout bets on parent marketing and '90s nostalgia instead of directly addressing children
The school backpack brand Scout, once the market leader, is shifting its target group from children to their parents to win back lost market share. Ondas falls 6% as risk-off selling sweeps drone sector
Ondas shares dropped about 6% in early trading with no company-specific news, part of a broader selloff in small, pre-profit drone names. Red Cat fell roughly 3% while the REX Drone ETF slid 2% and the S&P 500 fell 0.5%, signaling a risk-appetite withdrawal rather than fundamental repricing. Rising 10-year Treasury yields (~4.78%) and Brent crude above $91 amid U.S.-Iran tensions are compressing valuations, hitting the smallest, high-beta drone stocks hardest. Market participants will watch Treasury auctions and any defense procurement headlines for signs of stabilization before adding exposure. » More on finance.yahoo.com
