  • PVH: growth plan PVH+ gains momentum thanks to Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger

At the Goldman Sachs conference PVH reported progress on the PVH+ turnaround: Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger are seeing rising e‑commerce traffic, improved pricing and growth in core categories. The company reaffirmed its 2026 guidance with an EBIT margin of 8.8% (including customs rebate) and identified annualized cost savings of USD 45m, about USD 20m of which will take effect in 2026. Management is planning conservatively for H2 2026 but is more optimistic for 2027 and aims for double‑digit margins over the long term; the licensing business and organizational changes are expected to provide additional growth. » More on de.investing.com

  • PVH reports Q2 in line with guidance; $107m tariff refunds boost EPS as Europe lags

PVH reported Q2 revenue down 3% and adjusted EPS of $3.70, driven by $107 million in tariff refunds that added roughly $1.80 per share and about 510 basis points to gross margin; excluding the refunds, operating margin was about 6%. Americas revenue fell slightly while Asia‑Pacific grew and EMEA declined 6% amid weak wholesale demand and geopolitical pressures. The company reaffirmed full‑year guidance for roughly flat reported revenue, an ~8.8% operating margin and adjusted EPS of $11.80–$12.10, and announced at least $300 million in share repurchases, $45 million of identified annualized cost savings and a $439 million non‑cash goodwill impairment. PVH plans continued investment in e‑commerce and stores and expects Q3 revenue to decline low single digits with operating margin around 7.5%. » More on finance.yahoo.com

  • PVH beats Q2 earnings expectations despite declining sales

PVH reported adjusted earnings per share of $3.70 for Q2 versus $3.08 expected, on revenue of $2.1 billion (-3% YoY). Gross margin and operating margin improved significantly, with a one-time customs refund effect of $107 million accounting for a large part of the profit increase. Management reaffirmed the full-year outlook (EPS $11.80–12.10) and expects a slight revenue decline in Q3 and an operating margin of around 7.5%. The stock reacted only moderately positive as investors weighed the earnings jump against weak sales growth and one-off effects. » More on de.investing.com
