    Swiss Life is starting an announced share buyback program with a volume of up to 250 million Swiss francs, tradable from October 1, 2026 until no later than March 31, 2027. Based on closing prices, this corresponds to a maximum of around 272,866 registered shares (Namenaktien) or 0.98% of the share capital; the actual number of shares may vary depending on the price. Buybacks must in no case exceed 10% of the registered share capital and voting rights.
