Teqnion reports 9.2% revenue rise and higher earnings per share in the quarter

Teqnion shows operational recovery: revenue and EBITA significantly improved in 2025

Teqnion reports a net sales increase of 15% to SEK 1.8 billion for 2025 and an EBITA of SEK 203.1 million (margin 11.3%), 36% above the previous year. Earnings per share rose to SEK 5.74, but the year was burdened by a goodwill write-down of SEK 73 million on Reward Catering. Teqnion increases profitability through acquisitions; free cash flow and operating margin significantly improved

The Swedish investment holding Teqnion is pursuing acquisitions of smaller companies, thereby boosting profitability and free cash flow. Free cash flow rose from 17.7 million SEK to 59.8 million SEK, the operating margin before impairments climbed from 10.9% to 14.9%, and revenue grew by 19% (18% of which came from acquisitions, organic +1%).
