Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. I has signed a second amendment to the merger agreement with Kyivstar Group Ltd., VEON Amsterdam B.V., VEON Holdings B.V., and Varna Merger Sub Corp. The amendment concerns the allocation of Kyivstar Group's common shares between the seller and the sponsor, while the other terms of the agreement remain largely unchanged.
