Vow reports Q2 profit, shares fall over liquidity and refinancing concerns
Vow returned to profit in Q2 2026 with a pre-tax profit of NOK 12 million; revenue rose 11% to NOK 253 million and adjusted EBITDA improved to NOK 32 million. The share price fell by around 4.7% despite the operational improvement, as investors fear liquidity pressure, delayed customer payments (over NOK 100 million) and an ongoing refinancing process, as well as a breach of a loan agreement and the exemption granted by DNB. Management priorities are strengthening the balance sheet, generating cash and refinancing without additional equity; the maritime business remains the strongest segment. » More on de.investing.com
