4D Molecular Therapeutics unveils phase III offensive for 4D‑150 in wet AMD

4D Molecular Therapeutics presented its clinical and commercial strategy for 4D‑150, a gene therapy expressing aflibercept intended to substantially reduce treatment burden in wet AMD, at a health conference. Recruitment for the two phase III trials, 4FRONT‑1 and 4FRONT‑2, is complete; initial data from 4FRONT‑1 are expected in Q2 2025.
