Galaxy Digital reports Helios Phase I online, $3.5bn financing and expanded Texas data center pipeline

Galaxy Digital to build AI data center campus in McGregor, Texas
Galaxy Digital has acquired about 500 acres in McGregor, Texas to develop a data center campus for AI and high-performance computing. The first buildout is targeted at 74 MW, with coordination for expansions exceeding 75 MW on the ERCOT grid; long term, expansion to several hundred megawatts by 2030 is possible, depending on additional transmission infrastructure.
