S&P raises outlook for Halyk Bank to positive
S&P Global Ratings has raised the outlook for Halyk Bank from "stable" to "positive" and affirmed the long-term issuer rating at BBB-/A-3. The agency also upgraded the country-risk assessment for the Kazakh banking sector from 7 to 6, citing a strengthening of the regulatory framework.
