Ilika cooperates with Brompton to integrate solid-state batteries into e-bikes

Ilika is launching a 12-month development programme, funded with £214,000, with Brompton to integrate 10-Ah Goliath solid-state cells into battery packs for folding e-bikes. The programme begins on 1 July 2026; production and on-bike field tests are planned for mid-2027, subject to technical milestones.
