At the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference, Navan announced a stronger focus on AI‑driven business travel, meetings and expense management and raised its revenue growth forecast for fiscal 2027 from 31% to 32%. Navan stock falls after quarterly results despite revenue surprise
Navan shares tumbled about 13.9% to $22.30 in pre-market trading after the company released Q2 results. Navan reported revenue of $232.8m (+35% y/y) and adjusted EPS of $0.05, beating consensus estimates, but operating expenses rose 46% to $200.2m and outpaced revenue growth.
