Sampo acquired 1,477,588 of its own A shares in the week from 31 August to 4 September at a volume‑weighted average price of €9.74 across four trading venues, of which 758,700 were on the Helsinki exchange. After the purchases Sampo holds 26,253,298 of its own A shares, representing 0.99% of the share capital. Sampo Group raised its 2026 full-year forecast after a strong first half and a robust Q2, with comparable premium growth of 5% and a currency-adjusted increase in the underwriting result of 5%.
