WELL Health appoints Evelyn Sutherland as its new CFO effective September 21, 2026. Sutherland brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience and previously served as CFO at Staples Canada, Enercare, KEYreit and the United Purchasing Group; she most recently sat on the board of the subsidiary WELLSTAR. Current CFO Eva Fong will move into an executive advisor role to support the handover. WELL Health reported a 12% revenue increase in Q2 2026 to CAD 400 million (normalized CAD 395.6 million) and normalized adjusted EBITDA of CAD 43.3 million (+8%). After a strong June and gains in technology and diagnostics, management raised the 2026 revenue guidance to CAD 1.58–1.65 billion and the EBITDA range to CAD 185–195 million. Operational growth was supported by acquisitions such as Ontario Imaging Diagnostics, while net debt rose to CAD 628.7 million. WELL Health reported record results for FY2025 with an adjusted EBITDA of $203.7m and adjusted net income of $126.5m, with EPS significantly exceeding expectations. The company said it is reviewing strategic options for its U.S. health businesses (including Circle Medical, CRH, wisp) and will focus more on its Canadian clinic network and the technology platforms WELLSTAR and HEALWELL AI.
