abrdn Diversified Income and Growth completes further asset disposals and prepares voluntary liquidation
abrdn Diversified Income and Growth has completed two secondary sales of fund interests and private-market assets for gross proceeds of about £13.8m and has signed a conditional sale agreement for a further fund interest with a gross value of about £13.3m. The sale prices, as reflected in the NAV at 31.12.2025, already included provisions for expected transaction and liquidation costs. Two fund interests remain in the secondary sale process; conditional sale agreements have been signed for these and completion is expected in the week commencing 16 March 2026. abrdn Diversified Income will pay about £43.7 million (14.5 pence per ordinary share) to shareholders through a pro rata bonus issue of B shares, which will be immediately redeemed at £0.01 after issue. Ex-date is 25 February, record date 26 February; the B shares will be issued on 27 February and proceeds paid by 9 March. abrdn Diversified Income and Growth reports progress on its orderly realisation: binding offers have been received for the entire private markets portfolio and sale agreements for 13 fund interests and 50% stakes in two further funds have been signed. The company expects around £47m from partial disposals, including transactions with Patria Investments; NAV per share fell year on year by 25.4% to 50.36p, while the share price rose to 46.00p.
