Accentro decides comprehensive amendments to the bond terms for four bonds and initiates a vote without meeting for the Reinstated 2026 Senior Notes. Accentro Real Estate reports plan deviation and plans to increase 2025/2027 bond

The management board of Accentro Real Estate records a negative deviation from the plan compared with the IDW‑S6 restructuring report: sales proceeds from the subdivider and existing portfolio are significantly below plan. This results in an additional liquidity requirement of around EUR 7 million until the end of August 2026.
