  • Aker BP takes over Apache stake and operatorship at Losgann/FroskelĂĄr and acquires 51% of Slagugle

    Aker BP has agreed to acquire Apache’s stake in the cross‑border Losgann/Froskelår oil field and plans, subject to regulatory approvals, to assume operatorship on both sides of the median line. The company is also buying 51% of the Slagugle area from ConocoPhillips Skandinavia, which, based on three wells drilled from 2020–2025, holds around 50 million barrels of recoverable gross reserves.   • Aker BP misses EPS, beats revenue and raises production guidance

    Aker BP reported Q3 2025 revenue of $2.6bn (expectation $2.52bn) with an EPS of $0.45 (expectation $0.5484). The company raised its full-year production guidance to 410,000–425,000 barrels per day; net production in the quarter was 414,000 bpd. Operating cash flow was $2bn, free cash flow $0.24 per share.   • Aker BP beats production forecasts, shares rise

    Aker BP reported third-quarter production of 414,000 mboe/d (82% oil), above analysts' expectations of 403,000 and 401,000 mboe/d. Realized oil prices were 70.3 USD/barrel and gas prices 63.3 USD; the company reported an underlift position of 17.9 mboe/d and net sold volumes of 396,100 mboe/d. Full quarterly results will be published on October 22, and RBC says that given the strong annual output of around 423,000 boe/d a raise to the full-year guidance (currently 400,000–420,000 mboe/d) is possible. » More on de.investing.com
