Akero Therapeutics shareholders approve takeover by Novo Nordisk
Shareholders of Akero Therapeutics voted in favor of the takeover by Novo Nordisk: of 67,029,108 shares present, 66,887,600 voted for the merger. The transaction provides $54.00 in cash per share plus a contingent value right of $6.00 per share and has a maximum value of up to $5.2 billion. The FTC ended the waiting period early; closing is expected by year-end, subject to further regulatory approvals. Wainwright underpin the clinical potential. » More on de.investing.com

Efruxifermin is currently being further evaluated in three phase 3 studies (SYNCHRONY Histology, SYNCHRONY Outcomes, SYNCHRONY Real‑World), and the data are being presented in several talks and posters. » More on de.investing.com
