Alpha Bank increases profit in 2025 by 44% thanks to acquisitions
Alpha Bank reports a 44% profit increase in 2025 to 943 million EUR, driven by strategic purchases such as AstroBank and Flexfin and robust growth in its wealth management business. Fourth-quarter operating income rose 12% quarter-on-quarter and the bank recorded net inflows into assets under management of 1.3 billion EUR. Normalized profit increased by 5%, ROTE stood at 13.8% and earnings per share were 0.36 EUR.
