Ambu share falls 15% after slightly missed quarter
Ambu narrowly missed consensus expectations in the third quarter with EPS of $0.62 and revenue of $1.64bn, after which the stock fell 15.15% to $66.35. Organic revenue growth was 10.3%, driven by Endoscopy Solutions (+16%), and reported EBIT rose to 13.5%. Ambu confirms outlook after Q1 – endoscopy growth offsets currency and tariff headwinds
Ambu reported organic revenue growth of 8.6% in Q1 2025/26 (reported 3.2% after currency impact) and total revenue of DKK 1,558m. The driver was the Endoscopy Solutions segment with 14.4% organic growth; Anesthesia & Patient Monitoring was flat. EBIT margin before special items fell to 10.5%; adjusted for tariffs and currency effects it would be 15.2%. Free cash flow was DKK 13m.
