American Resources' ReElement adds seven executives to strengthen Marion operations
ReElement Technologies, part of American Resources, hired seven senior professionals to bolster operational, engineering, HR and commercial leadership at its Marion, Indiana refining campus. New hires include shift operations managers, plant engineering and HR leads, a business analyst for Africa/Europe and a senior research scientist returning to develop new feedstock processes. American Resources unit ReElement partners with Mitsubishi Materials on rare-earth refining
ReElement Technologies, a minority-held unit of American Resources, entered a strategic collaboration with Mitsubishi Materials to develop integrated, scalable rare-earth and critical-mineral recycling and refining solutions. The partnership will target feedstock sourcing, tolling and offtake opportunities to expand domestic refining capacity and bolster supply-chain resilience, and will evaluate commercialization of recycling solutions in Japan leveraging MMC’s infrastructure and ReElement’s chromatographic refining technology.
