Amrize: CFO Baris Oran resigns after only a few months, Sam Poletti to take over
Amrize confirmed that CFO Baris Oran is resigning with immediate effect for personal reasons, after having taken the post at the beginning of April. He will be succeeded by the company's head of strategy and acquisitions, Samuel J. Poletti, who has been part of the executive team since the 2025 IPO and will work at the operational headquarters in Chicago. Amrize has appointed Samuel J. Poletti as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect; he succeeds Baris Oran, who resigned for personal reasons. Amrize sees volume growth but profit margin pressure after Omega Advisors adds new stake
