RBC Capital Markets raises Aramark to top‑pick and increases price target to $70

RBC Capital Markets upgraded Aramark to its top‑pick in the corporate services sector after Q3 results and model adjustments, raising the price target from $60 to $70. The new target implies a total‑shareholder‑return potential in the mid‑teens and an estimated 2027 P/E of about 24. RBC raised EPS estimates for 2026 by 2% and for 2027 and 2028 by 7% and 10%, respectively, supported by stronger revenues, a lower effective tax rate and expected high margins from Nexus contracts plus operating leverage. Aramark secures catering and hospitality partnerships with Florida State and Texas State

Aramark will take over food service in 13 competition venues at Florida State and will lead culinary support for student-athletes; Florida State recently recorded nearly 900,000 attendees at home games. Aramark raises guidance after Q3 beat as AI data center unit gains traction
