Artivion relies on product pipeline as growth engine and targets around US$500m revenue for 2026
At the Canaccord conference Artivion said revenue for 2025 was just above US$400m and it is forecasting about US$500m for 2026, with EBITDA of roughly US$90m in 2025. PMA approvals for AMDS and NEXUS strengthen the pipeline; the US launch of NEXUS is planned for January 2026. Higher R&D spending, inventory build-up and integration costs are expected in 2026 before free cash flow improves significantly later. Management sees limited competition in the PMA-protected niche markets and aims for double-digit revenue growth with disproportionately higher EBITDA growth. » More on de.investing.com
Artivion shareholders confirm board nominees and approve compensation
At the annual general meeting, shareholders elected all of Artivion’s nominated directors and voted in a non-binding resolution to approve the board’s compensation. Shareholders also provisionally ratified Ernst & Young as the independent auditor for fiscal year 2026. Artivion reported Q1 earnings per share of $0.08 and revenue of $116.3 million, but cut its full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance because of weaker stent‑graft sales. Analysts lowered price targets but mostly maintained positive ratings; the stock traded at $22.98 before the meeting and is down significantly year‑on‑year. » More on de.investing.com
Artivion cuts annual guidance and buys Endospan – stock plunges nearly 29%
Artivion reported Q1 results with revenue and earnings metrics above estimates but sharply lowered its 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance. The company exercised the purchase option for Endospan following FDA approval of NEXUS and plans a net upfront payment of about $135 million plus up to $200 million in milestone payments, raising short-term financing concerns. Several analysts cut their price targets, adjusted EBITDA slightly missed consensus, and the stock fell to a 52-week low. » More on de.investing.com
