Atour raises 2025 annual revenue by 35% – retail drives growth

Atour reported net revenue of RMB 9.79 billion for 2025 (+35.1%), led by a strong retail segment whose revenue grew 67% to RMB 3.67 billion. The company opened 488 new hotels and now operates 2,015 locations, while same-hotel metrics were under pressure (RevPAR -4.0%). Despite the expansion, profitability and margins remained solid; adjusted EBITDA rose to RMB 2.48 billion and adjusted quarterly net income to RMB 493 million.
