CEA Industries starts at-the-market offering of up to $50 million and expands BNB holdings

CEA Industries has agreed with Cantor Fitzgerald on an at-the-market offering of up to $50 million, announced a private placement and moved its fiscal year-end. The group significantly increased its own holdings of BNB tokens through its BNB Network Company and now holds 325,000 tokens; its strategic target is 1% of the total supply by the end of 2025. BNB Network Company, the treasury-management arm of CEA Industries Inc., has bought 200,000 BNB tokens worth about USD 160 million and is aligning its treasury strategy entirely around BNB as its primary reserve asset.
