Biodexa: recruitment for phase‑3 study in FAP more than halfway complete

Biodexa has recruited 87 of the planned 168 participants in the regulatory phase‑3 study Serenta (eRapa) for the treatment of familial adenomatous polyposis. The study is running at 29 sites in the US and in five European countries; three sites in Canada will start soon. A futility analysis is planned after 25 PFS events, with the database lock after 75 events. eRapa is an oral rapamycin capsule with orphan drug status in the US and Europe; the program is funded with USD 20 million by the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas. » More on de.investing.com
