Blend Labs: Autopilot AI gains momentum and is expected to drive revenue growth
Blend Labs reported at the Canaccord conference early successes for its AI product Autopilot, which processed around 50,000 loan applications in Q2 2025 and resulted in six contracts. Management expects Autopilot to add an additional 10–15% to revenue in 2027; the company has been profitable since Q3 2024, is debt-free and has started share buybacks. Blend Labs beats Q2 revenue forecast, stock falls sharply after-hours
Blend Labs reported Q2 revenue of $33.83 million versus analysts' estimate of $33.17 million and a non-GAAP operating income of $7.0 million, above the high end of guidance. The non-GAAP margin rose to 20.6% and the gross margin to 78.3%. Despite the better results, the stock fell about 10.8% after-hours as management gave a cautious outlook, cited rising churn intentions and a still-muted mortgage environment.
