    The Debenhams Group has completed the sale of the Nasty Gal brand for $16 million in cash to White Space Group New York (WSG Brands). The transaction includes worldwide trademark rights; Nasty Gal recorded a gross merchandise value of £12m and an adjusted EBITDA of £0.4m in fiscal 2026.   • Coast Entertainment reports strong turnaround with profit and revenue gain in fiscal 2026

    Coast Entertainment posted an operational revenue increase of 20.8% to AUD 116.5m in FY 2026 and a recovery in profitability: theme parks EBITDA rose 113.6% to AUD 18.8m and statutory net profit climbed to AUD 6.1m. Visitor numbers increased 29.3% to 2.0m guests, operating cash flows more than doubled, and the company finished debt-free with AUD 35m in cash. Coast received development approval for 55 hectares in Coomera and reports a pro‑forma net asset value of AUD 1.08 per share, while the stock slipped slightly.   • Boohoo fined €2.3m by French regulator for deceptive discounts and mislabelling

    France’s consumer watchdog fined Boohoo €2.3m after finding widespread misleading promotions and labelling breaches. Of the promotions reviewed, 40% were not real price reductions, 7% showed smaller discounts than advertised and 48% represented price increases, and the firm used terms like “leather” or “suede” for synthetic items. The penalty follows a prior $100m settlement in the US over similar alleged fake promotions.
