Stonebridge Homes reported lower completions and expects an operating loss in 2026 due to project delays and roughly 5% construction cost inflation; net debt rose to £132.9m. HBD performed positively, with strong demand for industrial and logistics space and an Origin JV that is now 75% let or reserved. » More on de.investing.com
