Camtek reports record Q2 revenue, >$600m order intake and raises H2 outlook
Camtek posted record Q2 revenue of $133.2 million, a 51.4% gross margin and $36 million operating income, with ~75% of sales from Advanced Packaging supporting AI applications. Management said year-to-date orders exceed $600 million, ~80% for Advanced Packaging and >50% of orders from OSATs, driven by HBM4, 2.5D/3D packaging and emerging photonics demand. The company expects Q3 revenue of $158–160 million, more than 30% growth in H2 2026 versus H1, and improving margins as Eagle G5 and Hawk platforms gain share and production capacity is expanded.
