Cicor expands manufacturing partnership in Southeast Asia with takeover in Malaysia
Cicor is entering a strategic manufacturing partnership with EDMI and is acquiring EDMI Electronics Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia in return; the deal includes a long‑term manufacturing contract. The purchase price for the company, equipment and inventory is indicated at around USD 15–20 million.
