Anthropic adds Citigroup to consortium for planned IPO

The AI firm Anthropic has reportedly appointed Citigroup as part of the banking consortium for its planned IPO. Alongside Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan, Citigroup would take a leading role in preparing the transaction. Anthropic is considering filing the listing application by the end of the month; additional banks may join the consortium.
