Cybin reports Q1 loss per share of 1.28 CAD; annual loss rises to 5.88 CAD

Cybin launches $100 million at-the-market program, shares dip

Cybin shares fell 1.9% after announcing an at-the-market (ATM) program to sell up to $100 million of common stock. Sales are to be conducted through Cantor Fitzgerald and Cantor Fitzgerald Canada and will be executed at prevailing market prices. Proceeds are intended for growth initiatives and working capital; the program runs until Oct. 17, 2027, or until all shares are sold. Cybin moves to Nasdaq and will rebrand as Helus Pharma

Cybin announces a voluntary transfer from the NYSE American to the Nasdaq Global Market and plans to change its corporate name to Helus Pharma and its ticker from CYBN to HELP; trading on Nasdaq is scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026.
