DATA MODUL reports preliminary EBIT of EUR 0.3 million in Q1 2026, after EUR -1.9 million in the prior year. Group revenue fell slightly by about 4% to EUR 52.3 million, while orders received rose by roughly 5% to EUR 54.9 million. DATA MODUL preliminarily reports group EBIT of -2.1 million EUR for Q3/2025 (previous year 2.1 million EUR) and a revenue decline of about 9.7% to 52.1 million EUR. Order intake, however, rose by around 4.7% to 51.4 million EUR. The company lowers its annual guidance and now expects order intake -5% to 5%, revenue -8% to 0% and EBIT -155% to -140% versus 2024, and has engaged J.P.
